More of a how-to than an actual recipe because Cheese is so personal. I love almost all of them – stinky, creamy, crumbly and sharp. But maybe you don’t. Maybe you can’t stand Gouda. Or Gorgonzola makes your skin crawl. So, pick some cheeses you like, and then some fruits, nuts, crackers, and follow along to make your own victory – I mean cheese board!
For a 15 serving board:
- 1/3 pound each of 5 different cheeses. Try and keep colors/textures different. I used: Cheddar, Gouda, Brie, Blue and Parmesan Frico
- 1/2 pound dried fruit
- 1/4 pound nuts
- Assorted Crackers and Breads
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/3 cup Jam
