Crunch, crunch, crunch! Munch, munch, munch! So much snacking lately! These bagel chips are perfect to scoop up cream cheese, any deli salad, top your Lox and Cod Chowder or simply shove in your mouth!
- 2 bagels
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons Everything Seasoning
- Preheat the oven to 350*
- Cut the bagels! I love full bagel slices, but am scared to do that at home. I cut the bagel in half the wrong way (not for a sandwich) and then slice thinly into bites.
- Mix the seasoning with the oil, toss in your bagel slices and spread out onto a baking sheet. Toast for 10 minutes, stir/flip, and toast for another 10 minutes. The bagel chips will continue to crisp as they cool.
Bagel chips keep well for up to 2 weeks in a ziptop bag or Tupperware.
If you don’t like or have Everything Seasoning, some other yummy combinations are Kosher Salt with Garlic or Onion Powder or Sesame Seeds.
