Dump. Simmer. Blend. Done.
- 2 cups roasted tomato OR 1 15 oz can diced tomato
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup water
- kosher salt and black pepper
- Put everything in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil, lower to simmer and let it cook down for about 15 minutes.
- Use an immersion or regular blender to puree to your liking. Check the seasoning and enjoy!
